Moom 3.2.20 charts a universal path forward

Moom 3.2.20 is out, and as given away by the headline, it’s our first universal app: It runs native code on both M1 ARM Macs and Intel Macs…

And now that we’ve got one under our belt, more will follow in the future. But back to Moom…

Also in this release are additional changes to the UI to better fit with macOS 11’s new look, a fix for a visual glitch that only appears in macOS 10.13 and earlier, and Moom now properly remembers its location in the menu bar between relaunches.

As usual, direct customers can update via the in-app updater or by downloading a fresh copy from the Moom web page. App Store customers should see the update in the App Store app—if not now then very shortly.

Cool! This. “Moom now properly remembers its location in the menu bar between relaunches.”

    Also – I submitted Moom to https://isapplesiliconready.com

Moom user x many years. Can’t get the Moom panel to popup when cursing over the left side safari window controls (worked perfectly b4 Big Sur). Thanks for your help.

After multiple restarts of OSX Big Sur and futzing with controls Moom started working. I’ve had some stability troubles with Mac mini M1 we just bought. The problem probably wasn’t with Moom. Thanks for a great product.

Hello, new Mac mini M1 user here, long time Moom user. I installed Moom and enabled the privacy& security access but it wasn’t working by default. But I used the link under “kick start the Accessibily API” above and stopped and restarted Moom and now it is working. Thanks for the rapid update to support apple silicon!
