To have your license file(s) sent to the email address used for purchasing, either enter that email address (which will retrieve all related license files), or a specific order number. The order number must be in the form of MAN123456-1234-12345. Any other input will be ignored.
Limitations
- Licenses for purchases prior to September 1st, 2015 cannot be retrieved, as they were in a different system at that time. Please contact support to ask for help retrieving older license files.
- If you crossgraded from an App Store version of an app to a direct version of an app—as would be the case for Moom 3 App Store users upgrading to Moom 4—those crossgrade licenses cannot be retrieved (as they are not in our cart provider's system). You should, however, have an email with a subject line that starts with "App Store Crossgrade." In that email is a non-expiring link you can use to download your crossgrade license. If you can't find that email, please contact support and we'll find it for you.
