To have your license file(s) sent to the email address used for purchasing, either enter that email address (which will retrieve all related license files, including App Store crossgrade licenses), or a specific order number. The order number must be in the form of MAN123456-1234-12345. Any other input will be ignored.
Licenses for purchases made prior to September 1st, 2015 cannot be retrieved, as they were in a different system at that time. Please contact support to ask for help retrieving older license files, or if you no longer have access to the email address used when purchasing.
