To have your license file(s) sent to the email address used for purchasing, either enter that email address (which will retrieve all related license files, including App Store crossgrade licenses), or a specific order number. The order number must be in the form of MAN123456-1234-12345. Any other input will be ignored.
If you are an App Store upgrade customer, please enter your email address, not your order number, to insure you receive your crossgrade license in addition to your upgrade license.
This system should be able to retrieve a license file for any purchase made from 2010 onwards. However, this will only work if you still have access to the email address you used when placing the order.
Please contact support if you no longer have access to the email address used when purchasing, or if you don't receive an expected license file download link.
