Moom 3.2.9 introduced a new full-screen grid in addition to the previous small slanted hexagonal grid. By default, Moom uses the full-screen grid, but if you'd prefer to switch back to the hexagonal grid, you can do so in the Mouse > Zoom Button Controls section of Moom's preferences:
