If you're trying to learn to use Moom, one of the best resources available is the in-app help; just select Moom → Help (if using Moom in menu bar mode) or Help → Moom Help (in regular application mode) to open the help file. One of the first things you'll notice in the help file is a link to a video, for those who like to watch and learn.
