To better support our users, Many Tricks uses this combination ticket system/knowledge base. You can search the knowledge base for answers via the box above, or submit a ticket for personalized one-on-one assistance.

Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. You can also submit and follow-up to requests via email, if you'd prefer not to use your browser.

For your reference, you can always browse a complete history of your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket; please note that we never share, sell, or otherwise distribute any email address you provide.
