Butler 4.1.9 runs natively on both Intel- and PowerPC-based Macs and requires Mac OS X 10.5 or later. Get Butler 4.1.6 for Mac OS X 10.4 or if you're interested in some non-English localizations (Deutsch, Français, 日本語). If you're on an even older system, get version 4.1.2.
